The Ukrainian Community of Queensland Inc. (UCQ) wishes to publicly thank Aircall for donating a 6 month subscription of their cloud based phone system to support the work our Ukraine Crisis and Humanitarian Aid Council (UCHAC) is doing to assist Ukrainians who have been forced to flee their homes and their country and resettle in Australia.

“The team at Aircall got us setup over the weekend so that our volunteers could better manage the large number of calls we’ve been receiving. It has allowed us to share the load amongst volunteers and being cloud based has meant we haven’t had to have someone physically answer the phone in our community centre 24×7. We are so grateful to Aircall for this donation” said UCQ President, Peter Bongiorni.

The UCQ UCHAC team have been receiving dozens of calls, emails and messages every day and have been working around the clock to support the refugees who have already arrived in Queensland and those yet to come.

“The work the Ukrainian Community of Queensland is doing to help settle refugees is truly amazing. As a global business, many of us have friends, colleagues, and family in and from Ukraine – Offering this support to the UCQ is another way that Aircall can continue to contribute. Our heart continues to be with the Ukrainian community.” said Aircall’s APAC Sales Manager, Sheldon Brady.
